To be for a full refund or exchange, the item must be unworn and still have the original tags attached. To start return process, please reach out to our customer service team (infofeike@gmail.com), who will provide you with detailed instructions. Exceptions: Defective or Damaged Items:If you receive a product that is demonstrably defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving the item. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund for such items.
